Brendan;s game was rained out so, we were glad Lisa, Terry and Bren, could come !! Terry always makes the party fun !! The food was great and the company was good !!

Using Trish my friend's  "cool" idea of  taking large counter top samples and adhering 4x6
pictures to them , I then sanded the edges of the tiles and used pop dots to raise them up
off the foam board for some dimension.
I was very happy ith the results !!

 It is that time of year again... 4H  and fair time is quickly approaching ,These are Cameron 's adorable baby chicks.

These  little beauties grow so fast to be BIG chickens . SO, for now they are soft and fuzzy and sweet.

summer is finally here ........

 I love the seasons....Summer is the one you can sit on the deck or the front porch and enjoy the sounds of the birds singing and the smell of fresh cut grass.
I  love planting the pots to enjoy the summer months, i seem to stick with all my favorites , marigolds, petunias, and geraniums. They grow best for me.
I also like to fiddle in my little herb garden too !! I planted some new stuff this year.
 So, be sure and take some time to sit back and enjoy the weather . Winter and indoors comes along quickly !!

creepy crawly......eeeekkkkk !!

The things  you see when you live in the country, deer, wild turkeys, an occasional fox, big snapping turtles and YES  snakes  lots of them !! This one is one of the BIGGEST  I have seen in the 14 yrs. we've lived here, a black harmless snake.  WELL...   it will bit cha, just can not kill you !!!!  all I say is  EEEKKKKK !! Luckily when we found it on a rock in our yard it was already been gotten by a preditor . It was intimidating  looking BUT, already dead.
