good times ,family time ........

 a whirl wind five days of pour fun
between the indians  game , my cousins wedding shower and the air show it has been a fun bunch of time spent with family .

where did the time go??

 Cameron is a senior ..... wow!  Where did the time go?? This his year , his senior year he decided to trade in his clarinet for  the trumpet.
The band is  performing" The  Sound of Music"  this year,which I love !

good friends, good times ......

 Our friends are truly treasured friends
We started out at Triv's for dinner, to celebrate our un- birthday's   the birthday party for ALL of us !!

 Then we went back to Stacey's for cake , coffee, wine , and present opening .... and lots of talking, catching up, and lots of laughter !!
Tina got  this adorable basket filled to the brim with picnic stuff  and Longaberger !!

 These are the gifts !! looks like Christmas !!!

 These yummy coldstone cupcakes are cake and ice cream together . Can you say DELICIOUS

Stacey had the table decorated in adorable salt and pepper shakers , an assortment of cute animals and  pea pods especially for Brenda { who hates Peas}   as favors for all of us .

 these a miniature roses  from our yard . I love the smell and how tiny they are.

 I  love Hydranga they always remind me of my grandma she had them in her yard. These are pegee 's I really love the blue and purple ones best !!

 Sunflowers  the giant ones are my favorite  this baby is 9 feet tall.

I left my heart in San Francisco and returned to cornfields !!

these are the painted ladies  they are 4 beautiful victorian mansions that sit on a hill that over looks the whole bay.

 We ate at CHA CHA CHA'S a cuban resturant that was in Haight and Ashbury , the famous hang out and hippie area of the 60's and 70's

 The enterance to China Town with the entire gang !!

 the whole chinatown    area  is streets and streets of chinese foods and wares 

 this is Fisherman's Wharf it is a huge shopping area and neat resturants that are nestled by the ocean

 the Bay Bridge  not to be confused with the Golden Gate Bridge.

 Lombard street the crookest road  it was SO COOL!!

 Muir Woods amazing......  the redwoods were HUGE !! beautiful.... breath taking !!  pure  magic !

 The Golden Gate Bridge  it is so beautiful we did cross it   Just magnificent  !!

A  picnic at the BROWN 'S hamburgers, hot dogs and lots of laughter and fun !!

Ben's 21 st birthday !!

 What a fun night we had at Mongolian BBQ in Coventry  for Ben's B Day
It was the first time we have ever been there!! It was really tasty. We made Ben's party a little more exciting ,by getting him a pinata  with some of his favorite candies in it !! He crushed it outside of the resturant , luckily It was FUN to watch !!
What  a great night !!

Interesting new critter.........

Meet this odd little fellow...We were grilling the other day and this little guy 
wanted to get in on th action !!He was so  cool looking , one type I have only seen in books.His toes had small round balls on each tip, very , very neat !! His coloring was also very odd ,an almost   teal color.
You will never know what or who you might meet in Litchfield !!
