Holidays all wrapped up !! for 2011

 Time spent with Family and Friends is so precious, These are what memories are about.....

 Our Children grow up so fast.....I always savor each holiday with much appreciation.......

Well, after all the shopping, cards , baking ,decorating, cooking, planning, the season comes to a close , BUT..... Is worth all the effort !! I love the holiday season !!

Giving THANKS ......

The weekend  was very productive !   Cleaning , Decorating for Thanksgiving,Working on holiday preparations like wrapping gifts and i also helped organize the basement .Saturday I spent the day with my hubby in Amish Country  fun, fun, fun !! I even managed to get some what caught up on my project life !! Spent the afternoon with my boys !!  and as I conclude I give  THANKS for a good life with my family and good health ,  Thank you god for these things !!

weekend project

 love this  little journal ......  I  picked it up in a little boutique in calif.
i decided to  put our trip  to calif. in it.  I  started with the plane tickets ,  I printed 2x3 prints of the day by day  activities .

 I added reciepts and  business cards from the places we visited.

and also documented each days events !!
It went together fairly quick. I think it will be fun to look back on the little goodies i saved that you normally do not put in a scrap book

family fun and scrapping weekend

 What a great weekend !!  I  spent Thursday and Friday decorating  for Halloween ! Which I  love doing .... and then Saturday they had a family and friends event at B.W.  so, our family all went to see the school , enjoy a picnic , hear the band and watch the football  game !! and to see SHAWN  !!  Sunday I spent a leisurely day scrapping !1 the PERFECT weekend !!

between the indians  game , my cousins wedding shower and the air show it has been a fun bunch of time spent with family .

 Cameron is a senior ..... wow!  Where did the time go?? This his year , his senior year he decided to trade in his clarinet for  the trumpet.
The band is  performing" The  Sound of Music"  this year,which I love !

 Our friends are truly treasured friends
We started out at Triv's for dinner, to celebrate our un- birthday's   the birthday party for ALL of us !!

 Then we went back to Stacey's for cake , coffee, wine , and present opening .... and lots of talking, catching up, and lots of laughter !!
Tina got  this adorable basket filled to the brim with picnic stuff  and Longaberger !!

 These are the gifts !! looks like Christmas !!!

 These yummy coldstone cupcakes are cake and ice cream together . Can you say DELICIOUS

Stacey had the table decorated in adorable salt and pepper shakers , an assortment of cute animals and  pea pods especially for Brenda { who hates Peas}   as favors for all of us .
